The Treatment
$350 per treatment, $900 for a package of three
$650 per treatment or $1800 for a package of three with natural growth factors
SkinPen by Bellus Medical is the first FDA-approved microneedling device. It stimulates controlled micro-injuries that stimulate your body’s natural wound healing process while treating and reducing cellular damage. The results? Effective regenerating of scar tissues while preserving the structure of the skin.
There are three phases to the wound repair process:
- Phase 1: Inflammation. The device's application activates your immune system to disinfect the wounds and make new tissue.
- Phase 2: Proliferation. The wound is renewed with granulation cells.
- Phase 3: Regenerating. The wound is transformed with new dermal tissues and blood vessels.
